Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked online. A non-refundable booking fee of £75 is required to secure your session time, or clients may choose to pay the full £200 upfront. If the booking fee option is selected, the remaining balance (£125) must be paid no later than 24 hours before the session. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time will result in automatic cancellation, and the booking fee will be retained. Cancellations & Rescheduling: The £75 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Mini sessions are offered on fixed dates and cannot be transferred to alternative dates. One reschedule may be permitted only with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of all payments made. Missed sessions or late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Late Arrival: Sessions are strictly limited to 30 minutes. Late arrival will reduce shooting time and will not extend the session. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Add-Ons: Additional Polaroids must be selected and paid for at the time of booking. Add-ons are non-refundable once purchased. Waitlist: If a session is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of sign-up if a space becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a booking. Once contacted, the space must be confirmed and paid for within the time stated in the email, or it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Important Notes: These sessions are solo clients only. Aged 18+ Sessions are offered within Miss Lydia Photo studio only. By booking, clients confirm they have read and agreed to these policies.
